Individual Consultations:
Sometimes immediate, concrete answers are needed. This is why we have developed a results-oriented consultation wherein we come to you to solve a specific set of problems right there on site. We can provide solid guidance to do-it-yourselfers on a budget or map out a plan for a professional gut renovation. Issues range from spec'ing fixtures/equipment to color consultation to outlining construction opportunities within a fixed price range. For other appointments we might devise an impromptu furniture plan—and implement it with a quick rearrangement.

Standard individual consultation is $500 and affords:

We can also accompany clients on site visits to assess renting office space or purchasing either newly renovated property or property in need of renovation.

Ongoing Consultations:
Many of our project-based clients remain with us for continuing design support. Ongoing clients enjoy on-call professional expertise, savings from exclusive vendors, and the familiar reassurance of being in good hands. Hourly fees adhere to our standard schedule which ranges from $25-$250/hour depending on the type and level of service required.
